Weigh in will be Wednesday, October 8th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check in with Amy first. She will have a packet for each exhibitor which will include your weigh in card to take to the scales with your animal.
Show times are as follows:
THURSDAY OCTOBER 9th - MARKET SHOW:
Lambs - 4:30 pm
Swine - right after lambs
Heifer Show - right before Steers (NEW THIS YEAR)
Steers - right after hogs, no sooner than 6:30 pm
FINAL DRIVE 8:30 PM
FRIDAY OCTOBER 10th - SHOWMANSHIP SHOW
Swine - 8:00 am
Lambs - right after Swine
Steers- right after Lambs, no sooner than 10:00 am
Round Robin - 15 minutes after Steer Show
SATURDAY OCTOBER 11th: the schedule remains the same as past years, starting with the 10:00 a.m. mandatory meeting for all exhibitors selling an animal in the auction. Auction set up will happen after this meeting.
Buyer registration will begin at 1:00 p.m. and the auction will begin at 4:00 p.m.

You must enter the heifer in the Fair through the Graham County Fair Website

NEW THIS YEAR:
Animals not sold through the auction will not be hauled to the packer (each exhibitor may only sell one animal unless they win Grand Champion Market, Reserve Champion Market, or County Bred & Fed Market). Outside arrangements for additional animals will need to be made by the exhibitor/parent, and the animals will need to be picked up on Sunday, October 12th.
